A good strategy is one that positions you one step ahead of your competitor by taking a few calculated risks as well as applying experience and intuition to factual data. Strategy is never about instant gratification. Strategy is about building a course of action based on analysis of the known, prediction of the unknown blended with experience and tacit knowledge. In short it is a fruit of sometimes long labor. This is my passion! It drives me to explore and reevaluate areas of old and new technologies in an everlasting quest for improvement.
